Do I need new hardware?

In most cases, no. Our solution reads data directly from existing controllers (PLC) and sensors. Only if no digital interfaces are available do we recommend cost-effective retrofit sensors — we discuss those costs transparently in the initial consultation.

How long does implementation take?

From initial analysis to a running system typically takes 2–4 weeks. In the first week, we connect the data sources; in weeks 2–3, the model trains on your machine data; and from week 4, the anomaly detection runs in production.

What happens if the server goes down?

Data is cached locally and synchronized after recovery. Additionally, a backup alerting system via SMS kicks in, operating independently from the main system. Your monitoring has no gaps.

Does this work with older machines?

Yes. Even machines without digital interfaces can be retrofitted with sensors (vibration, temperature, current). The sensors cost between 50–200 € per measurement point and can be installed without modifying the machine controls.

How secure is my production data?

Maximum security: The AI model runs on-premise on your own server. Your production data never leaves your network. The solution is fully GDPR-compliant and can also be operated in air-gapped environments.
